High Season

From 1st December to 1st March the minimum rental period is 1 month.

You can rent for a shorter period but the price charged will be one full month i.e 15,000 baht.

Long term rent (6 months+) remains at 12,000 per month even in high season.

Water and Electricity

These are NOT included in the rent but meters are in the room. Water costs average 50-150 baht per month and electricity from 400-2000 baht per month depending on the usage of the air conditioning.
